What Is Housecalls/?
We are a Building Inspection service operated by two registered builders, Ross Hall and Glenn Champion, who each have in excess of 45 years building experience. We have a passion for what we do and we do it right.The vast majority of our work comes from word of mouth referrals because our clients are pleased with our work and are happy to refer us to their friends and family.
We inspect any type of building but most usually residences, including apartments and light commercial properties. The business started in 1976 and the name Housecalls was registered in 2006; last year (2018) we completed the twenty thousandth inspection since registering the name.
Our main competition our individuals who do not have any recognised building qualification or experience; this is particularly the case with franchise companies where the franchisor supplies a bogus name or number that has no relevance. When making their reports use the words "refer to a qualified building professional". We ask if they are not qualified building professionals why are they inspecting buildings?The cheapest price is cheapest because some thing is left out. We are fully qualified and carry full insurance protection.
