Hi. My name is Demis Roussos Bhargava. What can I say? My Dad was a huge fan of the big guy at the time. I completed my Bachelor of Architecture degree in New Delhi in 2001 and my Master of Architecture degree from the University of New South Wales in 2005, both with High Distinctions. I have since been working as an NSW registered architect at a small Sydney based architectural firm where I have gained valuable experience in mainly residential projects, from design stage to Council submission to construction documentation and inspections. hecticrAt Architects is my own venture where I work on my own jobs, on my own time. This allows me to pursue my passion, explore my creativity and - with much lower overheads than a large office - provide full architectural services at reasonable fees. With quite a few built projects now in my portfolio I can provide references on request.
