Great Architect

If you want to experience working with an architect that truly listens to what your vision is for your project, then I highly recommend Paul R Gray. I recently engaged the services of PRG for a large local project where all I was armed with was a list of rooms, sizes, some existing furniture sizes, family, pets and lifestyle that needed to be catered for. The block of land was extremely challenging and I still can't believe the design Paul came up with. The attention to detail of all the items on my list and so many I hadn't thought about was amazing. The 3D imaging was extremely helpful when selecting tiles & finishes or when the builder called and asked questions during the build. The whole process from the first meeting to the project wrap up was seamless and this is probably due to the very personalised service that Paul provides. All aspects of planing and building are discussed and fees etc are transparent and easy to understand. it is up to the individual as to how many of the services available are utilised. I look forward to working with Paul on another project this year.
